Building a New Generation of Transport Interchange Hubs (TIHs)

TIHs will become the centre of the future transport network and overall community development. We will make good use of digital management facilities to integrate traffic information. Electric vehicle charging facilities will be provided at TIHs to promote green transport. In addition, automated parking systems and parking spaces for bicycles/electric mobility devices will be introduced to encourage citizens to park their cars and use public transport services or active transport modes.

We will take you to experience the facilities of a typical TIH.

Note: The simulation model is a conceptual design for a general TIH only and the proposed TIH in the Hung Shui Kiu/Ha Tsuen New Development Area is subject to detailed technical assessment.
